About the Internship
Lexansh & Co. is offering an exciting internship opportunity to join our esteemed team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts, under the guidance of experienced professionals. The selected intern will gain invaluable insights into contract drafting, analysis, and negotiation while contributing to the firm’s objectives.
Eligibility
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts such as vendor agreements, client contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and service agreements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts align with business objectives and mitigate potential risks.
Conduct contract analysis to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Support in managing contract repositories and databases to maintain accurate records and facilitate efficient contract retrieval.
Provide assistance and guidance to internal teams on contract-related matters and best practices.
