National Company Law Appellate Tribunal;(NCLAT)
Section 410 of the Companies Act 2013 talks about the appellate tribunals where written appellate tribunals to be known as national company law appellate tribunals, in the exercise of the power conferred by sec 410 of the Companies Act, that the central govt. hereby constitutes the national company law appellate tribunal for hearing appeals against the order of NCLAT with effect from the 1st day of June 2016.
Regarding the job
Graduates from LLB/LLM focus, NCLAT is looking for applications for legal research associates (24 posts)
Eligibility
- Those candidates who have graduated from law college with a minimum of 50% marks from any authentic law school/college/institution/university which is recognised by the Bar Council of India.
- Those who have passed their all exams during their law graduation shall be eligible to apply
- Only those candidates are eligible who have gotten their law degree/LLM not earlier than 2 years from the date of advertisement.
- Those candidates can also apply who are studying in their 3rd year of a 3-year law course or are in 5th year of a five-year law course.
- Who are pursuing law, compulsory attendance is required, and who will work as research associates, are not eligible for LRA.
- Researching skills, writing abilities, and finding information from many research engines candidates shall have them.
- Must not have attended the age of 30 years, and must be a citizen of India.
- Knowledge of company law with IBC and the knowledge of competition law are required.
Salary
The amount of rs.60,000/- per month shall be paid to those who will be working as law research associates on a contractual basis with NCLAT
